Are there any shipping costs?
We cover all shipping costs, so you won’t pay anything extra for delivery.
When will I receive my order?
We process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders delivered within the United States generally arrive within 6–13 business days, including:
Processing time: 1–3 business days for preparation and packaging
Transit time: 5–10 business days depending on your location and the carrier.
The estimated delivery time has passed, where is my order?
Most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, but occasional delays may occur. If your package has not arrived within three days after the expected delivery date, please contact us for assistance.
Where can I find my order number?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number. If you cannot find it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. If it’s still missing, feel free to contact us through our contact page and we’ll gladly assist you.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
What is the return policy?
Not satisfied with your order? You can return it within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I start a return or exchange?

How long does it take to get my refund?
