1. Processing Time

Orders are processed on business days only, which are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Order processing time:
1–3 business days

• Orders placed after 5:00 PM (ET) will be processed the next business day.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Time

After your order has been processed, it will be handed over to the shipping carrier for delivery.

3. Total Delivery Time

Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Example: If processing takes 2 business days and shipping takes 5 business days, your order may arrive in approximately 7 business days.

Typical total delivery time for U.S. orders: 6–13 business days

4. Shipping Days

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

5. Order Cut-Off Time

To ensure same-day processing, orders must be placed before 5:00 PM (ET) on a business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

6. Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You will be able to track your order using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

8. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
